Mobilize, then:

15 pass thrus w/pvc
15 ohs w/pvc

A.) take 15 minutes to find a 1Rm snatch

B.) take 15 minutes to find a 1Rm back squat

C.) 3 sets for total time:
40/30 cal assault bike
15 strict pull-ups
* rest 3 minutes between

D) (if you skipped either A or B)
Three sets of:
Band Pull-Aparts x 20 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Side Plank x 45 seconds each side
Rest 45 seconds
