Rest as needed

Every minute, on the minute, for 4 minutes:
Touch and Go Power Snatch x 5 reps @ 50-60%

Rest 60 seconds

Every minute, on the minute, for 4 minutes:
Touch and Go Snatch x 3 reps @ 60-70%

Rest 60 seconds

Every 30 seconds, for 2 minutes (4 sets)
Snatch x 1 rep @ 70-75%

35-54:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
3 Snatches (105/75 lbs)
