and then load the barbell to:

Emom 3 minutes:
Snatch Balance x 3 reps
Snatch Progressions
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Hang Snatch x 2 reps @ 72-75% of your 1-RM Snatch
Box Squat Progressions
Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Box Squat x 3 reps @ 70% of last week’s 1-RM Box Squat
