10 band pull-a-parts
5 pushups
10 ohs (pvc or empty bar)
A) every :90 sec for 6 sets:
2-3 ohs (slow/controlled)
B) every :90 sec for 6 sets:
1 high hang power snatch + 1 high hang full snatch w/2 sec pause in catch position
C) 5 rounds for time:
300/250m row
