A. Take 15 minutes to find a 1rm Front Squat
B. 7 sets of:
Power clean + clean and jerk
* start at 65% and build
C. 3-4 sets:
20 burpee box jump overs
15 C2B pull-ups
10 Thrusters 135/95
* rest 2 minutes between sets, do 3 sets for sure, if pull-ups feel good try for 4
