Mobilize, then:

2 sets of:

10 pass thrus in ohs
5 box jumps
:30 sec side plank (each side)

A. Take 15 minutes to find a 2 RM ohs
* I know we have not done these a lot lately so dont kill your self, we just need a number to go off of for the next cycle*

B.) every 2 minutes for 30 minutes (3 sets each)
1) 400 m run
2) 30 Wall-balls
3) 400 m run
4) 15 strict pull-ups
5.) 15 burpee box jump overs 24/20

*scale the wall-balls/pull-ups/bbj’s but only when you have to, keep the 400 m runs the same, if they take longer than 2min scale the next movement to be done leaving :30 sec rest. This is tough but doable. Sent from my iPhone
