B.) take 10 min to build up to a heavy hang squat snatch (mainly to warm-up the movement for the wod)
C. 21 EMOM (alt)
1) 5 hang squat snatches 115/75
2) 6 burpee box jumps
3) 3 Bar mu or 7 C2B pull-ups
